All work performed by American Yacht or an approved company is covered by our full proof 100% satisfaction guarantee.
"If you are not 100% satisfied with any work performed we will insure a crew will return to meet your expectations."
American Yacht will accept responsibility for any team members or associates, if any service has not been completed to the standard published on our website we will return to complete the work free of charge.
As you can understand there are some instances where:
- Your expectations require a higher level of service than was selected
- If the service is performed on an hourly rate, you may be charged for additional hours ONLY if the services were completed satisfactorily for the time that has been billed and more hours are necessary to meet your expectations.
- Other people, be it service companies or guests, may affect the appearance of aesthetic services performed after our completion, this will be assessed on a case by case basis and may void our guarantee
* Please note: You must report aesthetic services (detailing, wash downs etc.) within 10 days of completion as environmental conditions can affect the appearance beyond our control, therefore we cannot be held responsible beyond this period.
